Further to our commitment to our employees’ general wellbeing and our support for positive mental and physical health, we have partnered with Cyclescheme to offer staff access to the government’s bike to work scheme, whereby as a council employee, you will be able to hire then purchase a bike by agreeing to give up part of your salary before tax in exchange for this benefit.
This allows you to spread the cost of a new bike whilst also saving on Tax and National Insurance payments as well as making healthy travel choices and protecting the environment.
