Property Services

Property Services are responsible for maintaining our infrastructure and also manage all areas of the borough through the property portfolio.

Our work involves the management of land and estates under Tewkesbury Borough Council ownership which includes the installation of street signs/ dog and litter bins and the running of council owned car parks, cemeteries and contracts. Property Services are involved in organising leases and licences for events and tenants that we have. As well as working to make the borough a better place, we are also responsible corporately for issuing access passes, administering post and stationery.
