Training and development

Apprenticeships

Our apprenticeship programme provides a great introduction to the world of work and offers a strong alternative to college or university as you can continue to learn and start earning. We invest in our apprentices and will develop you throughout your placement, including regular work reviews and relevant in-house training alongside the qualification training.

Our passion for creating quality apprenticeships has previously been recognised through awards such as ‘Large Apprentice Employer of the Year’ and ‘Apprentice of the Year.’

Work experience

If you are looking to gain some experience in your chosen area or are not sure which area of industry will best suit you, we have also devised work experience opportunities in all our service areas.
